Too many changes in staff. Vets are inexperienced. I had been going to this vet since I moved here and when Dr. Austin still owned it. He was an excellent vet. It is not the same since he sold it, sadly!

We have 4 full time veterinarians and 2 relief veterinarians. If you do not ask to see a specific doctor, you will be put with whoever is available. This makes it appear that you see someone different each time. Our veterinarians are very competent, compassionate and caring. I take my pets to see them and would trust any of them to perform surgery or provide care when my pet is in need. I hope this helps you out in the future.

I've been a client with Austin and Associates for about 5 years. I can honestly say that I am not only pleased with the level of service that I personally get as a customer, but more importantly the level of service that each employee gives my pets. As a bargain shopper, I've shopped around looking for "better deals", and even over the past 5 years with prices going up on various things, I've noticed that Austin & Associates still remains to be the most affordable and competetive vet in this area. They really will do all that they can for you and your pet. I will definately keep coming back :o)

I have been a customer of Austin and Associates for almost 20 years now. A big reason for staying with them for so long is that they are truly concerned about the wellbeing of your pet and go out of their way to assure your pet gets the best care. While other veterinarians seem to be more and more interested in the "buisness end" , Austin and Associates have always proved to have more of a "grass roots" stance in pet care. Recently our Lab was diagnosed with a torn ACL and her future looked very grim. Dr. Thurman went out of her way to provide us with a level of medical attention that no other veterinarian has ever offered us. Thanks to her, our Lab is on her way to a great recovery and many more happy years as our beloved pet. I cannot give enough thanks and praise to Dr. Thurman and the staff at Austin and Associates.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Austin and Associates for a few years now and we love each and every doctor and the staff. Our babies are always treated with a lot of love and I believe they even love the owners :-) When our 13 year old beagle passed away I could not have asked for more understanding and supportive people than every one at the office and they helped us cope with our loss. We recently got a new puppy, which we found out was already sick at the breeder. When we took her to see the vet on a very short notice we received outstanding service and even when we thought she would not make it the doctors never gave up on her and the staff nursed her back to health with a lot of love. She is much better now, but we will continue to take her for visits even when she does not need medical attention. Dr. Austin and Associates and every one there is awesome!!! You guys rock!!! As for having a long wait I can only say that the most critical patient is taken care of first and we have seen every owner that brought their pet in just sit patiently while the most in need patient was stabilized. As far as the turn over in doctors and staff is concerned, the doctors have been the same ever since we started taking our pets there and the staff is almost the same as it was then and everyone is very pleasant. So if you want the best care in town for your pet see our vet!!! And no, we are not being paid for saying this; we honestly feel this way and appreciate everything that was done for our new baby and us in time of need. We will be back!!! Love my vet :-)

I have been taking my pets to Austin and Assoc. for 3 years now and am very pleased with them and their staff. They have always treated me kindly as well as my dogs. They have even tried to help me to save money with one of my allergy prone dogs. I will continue to take my pets there .
